International Carpet Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated based on the rug’s weight, dimensions, and destination country. We always aim to find the most reliable and cost-effective route for you.

  • Domestic logistics in Iran (from the seller to packaging and export) are fully covered by us.

  • International shipping to your destination, paid by the customer.

  • Orders above $5,000: 50% off shipping.

  • Orders above $10,000: free worldwide shipping.

Sample rates for a 6-meter carpet, about 15 kg

  • Europe (e.g., Germany): $150–$350, fast delivery (2–4 days), usually duty-free for single items.

  • North America (e.g., USA): $250–$500. U.S. customs may charge $0–$400.

  • Australia: $200–$500, with duties ranging from 0 to 10%.

  • Other destinations (e.g., Japan, South Korea, South Africa) follow similar calculations.

Quality Assurance & Packaging

  • Every rug is carefully inspected and certified before shipment, ensuring it is flawless, clean, ready to use, and exactly as ordered.

  • We use secure and professional packaging.

  • Any damage or issues during international transport are our responsibility.

Returns & Warranty

  • If your rug has defects or doesn’t match the agreed-upon design, color, size, or quality, you have 7 days to provide us with documentation (photos & details).

  • Once approved, we’ll accept the return with no questions asked, and we’ll cover the return shipping.

  • Customers must repackage the rug safely and ship it back within 2 weeks (damage from poor packaging is the customer’s responsibility).

  • All rugs include a certificate of authenticity and a 24-month warranty.

Special Services: Repair & Cleaning

Kansorug is more than a seller; we’re your long-term partner in caring for your rug.

  • You may ship your rug to Iran for professional repair or cleaning.

  • Outbound & return shipping;  paid by the customer.

  • All domestic logistics inside Iran, covered by us.

  • Your rug is then returned to you with guaranteed quality, secure packaging, and full insurance.

Unique advantage: In Iran, rugs are repaired and cleaned by master specialists with access to original materials. For example, a Qom rug should only be restored in Qom; a Nain rug is best washed in Nain. This level of authenticity and expertise cannot be replicated elsewhere.
